When it comes to losing fat, we have all struggled with finding something that works. There are many “so-called” experts out there that have the next best thing to help you shed the pounds. Sometimes they even offer fat loss tips that claim you can lose weight while you sleep or they try to sell you some abdominal workout machine that will make you look just like the model in the advertisement.
In reality, though, even the models that advertise for the gimmicks actually eat nutritious foods and have a complete body workout program to look like they do. You don’t get something for nothing! It’s really easy to get caught up in the schemes to easy weight loss, though, when we are all so busy and have trouble finding a few minutes in the day to spend on exercise.

You will be able to start burning the fat and take control of that part of your life. Even if you can only buy frozen veggies and fruit and chicken breasts, these are better choices than the processed foods.
Eggs are another great source of protein and nutrition. Try this for breakfast or supper: An omlet filled with mushrooms, red peppers, onion, zucchini and even add some turkey sausage if you like. Top it with salsa, and you will have a great well-rounded meal that provides you with tons of nutrients and it will stick with you because of the protein and fiber.
Or, you can make a Mexican wrap with some cheese, salsa, a couple scoops of red or black beans in a multigrain tortilla and it’s a quick meal that is delicious. Not only that, the beans a great source of youth promoting antioxidants. You can also add some slices of avocado which high in healthy fats, fiber and other nutrients for even more flavor.
Got a sweet tooth? Well, dark chocolate chunks and some pecans in a cup of yogurt makes a nice dessert that will satisfy the need for something sweet. Add in some blueberries or strawberries or any of the really colorful fruits for even more fat fighting potential.
The other part of the equation is exercise. Here are a few fat loss tips that will make a big difference. Do some body-weight squats or lunges. You don’t have to have a weight sitting on your shoulders for these to be effective and give you some cardio as well. Push-ups are also a great way to get a full body workout without any equipment.
If you have stairs where you work, they offer some resistance training and will get your heart rate going. Floor planks will work your abs and core, and there are lots of variations that keep them from getting boring. Or do some sets of mountain climbers next to your desk and you will feel the burn as your heart rate climbs.
