There are many opinions on diet and red meats. Most people will say that it is not good for your cholesterol or that it will increase your chances of cancer or heart disease. Do you want to know how to get a flat tummy eating beef or any red meat for that matter?
I will have to admit that cattle that come from your typical feed yard where they are fed grain and soy, never get to graze on grass, are given shots of growth hormone and antibiotics, are not the best for your health. However, when animals are allowed to graze on their natural food source, grass, they actually become one of the healthiest forms of meat you can eat.

Everyone talks about how important it is to eat fish because of the omega-3 fatty acids. There are definitely healthy benefits to eating fish, such as preventing cardiovascular disease. On the other hand, fish are found to have negatives such as mercury and the carcinogen PCB.
There are other types of natural grass-fed animals that will help you figure out how to get a flat tummy eating meat, and they are buffalo, bison, venison, and lamb. Along with cows, these animals are referred to as ruminants or animals that digest plant-based foods, so they were obviously meant to be open-range grazing animals. When these animals are allowed to be healthy and eat the food that they were meant to eat, their meat is actually healthy for us.
Not only is it a great way to get muscle-building protein, but it is also an abundant source get healthy fats. When an animal is fattened by grain and soy, its meat results in higher levels of omega-6 fatty acids, which are not good for us to ingest. Contrary to that, when animals are fed grass, the omega-3 fatty acids are raised to a healthy level making them nutritious for us to consume.

• Sauté lots of veggies, like zucchini, onions, garlic, mushrooms, snow peas, peppers, asparagus
• Mix both with tomato sauce and a little olive oil
• Top with parmesan cheese
You can add a side salad with fresh vegetables like peppers, avocado, or tomatoes, and you will have a delicious meal. Now this is how to get a flat tummy while you eat!
